Hello, good to see some of you on the call today. I made a 3 min video taking you through the 4 steps you need to take to create a team agreement.
Step 1 - if you haven't already have the Essential Team Conversation
Step 2- Open the Google Doc version of the Team agreement, rename, save and share with your team
Step 3- Individually fill out the sections of the team agreement that are individual specific
Step 4- Meet with your team to co-create the full team agreement.
