It looks like we don't yet have edit access to the Briefing Note wikibook page for posting of Assignment 3. I don't have direct admin access, so will get this sorted out through the program office ASAP - likely tomorrow.
In the meantime, please go ahead with submission of your A3 documents through Moodle as planned, and I will let you know as soon as we have access to the wikibook page.
